Beirut

Experienced IT Entrepreneurs

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and directing the operations of IT companies we’ll set up together. You’ll create policies, set goals, and meet with local and global clients.

You’ll be involved with daily tasks and be responsible for hiring staff and preparing work schedules.

You may also oversee all activities involved with the company’s products and services, including marketing, distribution, and sales.

You’ll review financial statements to determine ways to increase profits and reduce costs.

You’ll be in charge of determining the future direction of the company.

Skills

Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years of experience in leading SME companies or startups in IT, networking, cloud computing, or similar.

You must have good leadership and time-management skills. You should be comfortable developing innovative business ideas, and have good decision-making skills, especially dealing with staff problems and managing the company.

Since you’ll communicate with diverse groups of people including staff, investors, clients, and customers, you must have good communication skills.

You should also be comfortable meeting people and forming long-term strategic relationships with clients.

Junior IT Project Managers

Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.

You’ll oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.

You’ll work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. You’ll coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

Skills

Ideally, you’ll have 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

You should be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

You’ll rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of other team members.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. You’ll enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

IT Business Analysts

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

You will act as an information source and communicator between business branches, understand strategic business needs and plans for growth, enhance the quality of IT products and services, analyze the design of technical systems and business models, utilize IT data for business insights, analyze business needs, and find technological solutions to business requirements.

Skills

You should have expertise in both information technology and business administration for the role of IT Business Analyst. You should have exceptional interpersonal skills as they need to act as a communication link between the IT department and management.

Ideally, you’ll have 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

A degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field is a bonus. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.

Regional Support Assistant

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for assisting in regional efforts, getting answers from local authorities, providing administrative help, supporting entrepreneurs and their clients.

Skills

Ideally, you’ll have experience in administration and working with local and country authorities to get things done.
